3. No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the nature of digital content, coaching services, and spiritual guidance, all sales are final.We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations for the following:Digital products or downloadsOnline courses or programsCoaching or mentoring sessionsTarot or intuitive readingsWorkshops, masterclasses, or eventsMembership subscriptionsDigital resource libraries or materialsOnce a purchase is completed, it is considered fully earned and non-refundable.If you choose not to participate, access the material, or complete the program, refunds will not be issued.

4. Memberships

If you enroll in a membership program offered by The Starshines Community:Membership fees are non-refundable.Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.Canceling a membership will stop future billing, but does not refund the current billing period.Your access will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

5. Coaching & Mentorship Services

Coaching services are designed to support personal growth, mindset development, and self-reflection.By participating in coaching services you agree that: You are responsible for implementing insights, strategies, or guidance.Results are not guaranteed.Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Wild and Divine Coaching LLC is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions.

6. Physical Products & Damaged Items

If physical products are sold through this SITE: REFUNDS or replacements will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or defective.To request review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic proof of the issue.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in the order they are received.Items marked as digital products will be delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.Shipping timelines depend on carrier availability and location.Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.We are not responsible for: carrier delays lost or stolen packagesincorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
