about toni

And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.
— John Muir

hey starshine — it’s me, toni!

so you’ve made it to the site, the one that took me hours upon hours to make… (no but really) and you want to know more about me.

well i got you!

my name is toni (as you probably figured out) and i am the owner and creator of wild and divine coaching and the starshine communiy. i also host a podcast called tea time with t.

but enough about the biz stuff. who am i besides that? literally just a girl…

i am a mom to two beautiful girls (yep both girls, i was meant to be the cycle breaker — if you know you know), and i live in sunshiney- but also kind of rainy florida. i’m from the north originally so you’ll understand when i say i miss the seasons.

i started my spiritual journey at a super young age, like 5 or 6. i used to run into the woods behind our maryland condo and scare the life out of my dad, every day it was “you can play outside, but not in the woods.” and where was i? barefoot in the stream behind the house. i swear it called me there.

I used to talk to the trees and tell them my secrets, and i truly believed they were listening.

well, obviously i got older and people told me i was crazy so i stopped talking to the trees as much, but i felt them there. but then i got even older, and i realized i didn’t care if i looked crazy, i was a witch and the trees and i were besties, and that was that.

i really deepened my spiritual practice after my first daughter was born. i had a natural birth and something about the entire experience changed everything for me. it genuinely felt like i had been born into a new person or at least a new version of me.

life took me through a thousand rollercoasters, some good and some not so good, and i wish i could say that i never lost my practice, but that just wouldn’t be true. i dropped the ball, i stopped practicing, i got lost for a little bit. but there was the universe, waiting ever so patiently for me to come back…hand held out.

and when i came back… i came back stronger and healthier.

so here i am, literally just a girl here to share her gifts with you.

I hope you enjoy the things i do here. and if you do, let me know, it’s always the best when you’re reminded that your work matters. and well if you dont, that’s fine… i got the trees.

so much love,
